By using Nickymask's premium messaging service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Nickymask provides a premium messaging service that allows you to send messages directly to our phone via Telegram for a fee. Payment is required before message delivery.

Pricing Tiers:

• Standard ($20): 24-48 hour response time
• Fast ($50): 2-12 hour response time
• Urgent ($100): 1-2 hour response time
• Emergency ($500): Under 1 hour response time

Payment Methods: We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards), OpenNode (Bitcoin/Lightning), and PayPal.

Minimum Payment: $20 USD per message

Refunds: All payments are final. No refunds will be provided once a message is sent.

Failed Payments: If payment fails, your message will not be sent. You may retry with a different payment method.

You agree not to send messages containing:

• Illegal content or activities
• Harassment, threats, or abuse
• Spam or unsolicited commercial content
• Malicious software or links
• Content that violates third-party rights
• Adult content or explicit material

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for service interruptions or delays.

Response times are estimates and may vary based on volume and circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific message in question.

You retain ownership of your message content. By using our service, you grant us a license to deliver your message as described.

Our service, including all software and content, is protected by intellectual property laws.
